Engineering with a founder's mindset.
I've spent the last 10+ years working across backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and production environments. Over time, I realized most technical problems aren't just technical — they're business problems in disguise.
I don't just write code. I think about how systems behave under pressure, how they scale, and how they impact the business.
The Journey into Tech
My path into tech wasn't about chasing trends. It started with curiosity — how systems work, how small decisions affect large outcomes.
Early on, I focused on writing clean code. But as I worked on real products, I realized clean code alone doesn't solve real problems.
Systems break. Requirements change. Teams struggle. Deadlines move. That's where I started shifting — from writing code to understanding systems.
Learned that "perfect code" is useless if it never ships.
Worked on growing systems — realized people and decisions are harder than code.
Started dealing with scale — performance, observability, and failures became real.
Working as a fractional CTO / tech partner — helping founders build systems that actually hold up.
Evolution into a Systems Thinker
As I moved into more senior roles, my thinking changed. It became less about "how do we build this feature" and more about:
I started treating code as a business asset — something that should generate value, not create future problems.
Product-First
Every technical decision should connect to user experience and business impact — otherwise it’s noise.
Architectural Integrity
I build systems that don’t need to be rewritten every few months.
Adaptive Leadership
I work closely with teams and founders — not just giving direction, but taking responsibility.
My Current Focus
- Helping startups fix unstable or slow systems without slowing down growth
- Designing backend and scalable systems that thrive under real usage
- Working as a fractional CTO for early-stage and growing companies
- Integrating AI into real workflows where it actually improves efficiency

Beyond the Screen
I don't believe good engineering happens in isolation.
Stepping away — traveling, observing, thinking — has shaped how I approach problems. It gives perspective.
I travel and explore different environments
I enjoy quiet, focused work and meaningful conversations
I think a lot about long-term independence and building things that last
Who I Work Best With
I work best with:
- •Founders who care about building something long-term
- •Teams that value clarity and ownership
- •Products that need strong technical foundations
I'm probably not a fit if:
- •You’re looking for the cheapest option
- •You only need task execution without ownership
- •You want to move fast without thinking about long-term impact
